Founded in 2025 by Keila DaRosa, Hazel’s CaboRico was born from a vision to unite Cape Verdean and Puerto Rican cuisine under one roof. Located at Food Trucks Heaven, 5403 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746, Hazel’s CaboRico celebrates the bold, soulful, and island-inspired flavors of both cultures. Every dish tells a story, blending Cape Verdean spice and Puerto Rican flair to create a taste of home for everyone. Our name says it all—bringing the islands closer, one bite at a time.
